The plan includes:
1) Intake session. During this session, we will meet your management team to learn about your organization's mission, staff, audiences, programs, and budget. We will also define the fundraising priorities and development strategies.
2) Crafting the perfect pitch. The pitch will include an updated mission statement, a refined vision for the upcoming years, a new storyline, a description of the organization and its main programs, and a development budget. It also includes updated visual elements (refined logo, color themes, and graphic design) for a more compelling pitch.
3) Fundraising and donor relations. We will engage with dozens of philanthropic foundations and private donors to develop the cause and grow.
4) Reporting to donors. We will take care of grant management and reporting according to donor requirements.
