The perfect pitch plan includes:
1) Intake session. Here, we will meet your management team and learn about your organization's mission, staff, audiences, programs, and budget. We will also define the fundraising priorities and development strategies during this session.
2) Crafting the perfect pitch and profile for your nonprofit. The pitch will include an updated mission statement, a refined vision for the upcoming years, a new storyline, a description of the organization and its main programs, and a development budget. The perfect pitch also includes updated visual elements for a more compelling pitch (refined logo, color themes, graphic elements, and fonts).
3) A development strategy. A document with tailored recommendations for: a) the most suitable types of funders (including a list of 5 foundations we believe are a perfect match), b) effective fundraising methods, c) managing partnerships, c) building a fundraising team, managing data, and impact measurement.
4) Fundraising workshop. In this workshop, we will simulate various types of interactions with donors, learn about different styles of philanthropy, understand grant management pipelines, and have time for Q&A.
